RJS Tech Solutions - Manager - App Marketing (2-4 yrs)
An App Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for a mobile app. This role requires a blend of marketing expertise, analytical thinking, and understanding of the mobile app landscape.
Responsibilities :
Market Research and Planning :
- Conduct market research to understand target audience, competitor analysis, and app store trends.
- Develop a comprehensive app marketing plan with specific goals, target KPIs, and budget allocation.
- Identify and stay updated on the latest mobile marketing trends and technologies.
Campaign Management :
- Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across various platforms (App Store Optimization (ASO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media Marketing (SMM), influencer marketing, etc.).
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Apple Search Ads) to drive app downloads and user acquisition.
- Develop and execute organic user acquisition strategies through content marketing, app store optimization, and social media engagement.
App Store Optimization (ASO) :
- Conduct keyword research and optimize app title, description, and screenshots to improve app store ranking.
- Monitor app store ranking and make adjustments to ASO strategy as needed.
Analytics and Reporting :
- Track and analyze app marketing campaign performance using relevant metrics (impressions, clicks, downloads, installs, user engagement, etc.).
- Generate reports to measure campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and optimize future campaigns.
Communication and Collaboration :
- Collaborate with internal teams (product development, design) to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Effectively communicate marketing strategies, performance metrics, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Proven experience in mobile app marketing or a related field
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (ASO, SEM, SMM, etc.)
- Experience with mobile app analytics and reporting tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, written and verbal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for mobile apps and the ever-changing mobile landscape
Additional Requirements (Optional) :
- Experience with app development or mobile user experience (UX) principles
- Experience with creative content development (videos, social media posts)
- Experience with influencer marketing
