Key Skills :

- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google+ and other social media

- Should be able to understand software terminologies and basic technical jargon

- Excellent multitasking and time-management skills

- Great interpersonal, Written & verbal communication skills

- Should be fluent in speaking and writing in English with Excellent vocabulary skills for publishing articles with correct grammar and spellings.

Job responsibilities :

- Be active on social networking platforms and publish posts regularly

- Understand user's issues, reviews and deal with them accordingly. Provide users with appropriate solutions for issues & queries raised by them

- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy

- Define most important social media KPIs

- Measure the success of every social media campaign

- Encourage users to remain engaged with our products, understand the features they are looking for and work with product development team on implementing them

- Organise interactions with developers, users and management adding value to the products

- Provide functional expertise in the implementation of digital marketing campaigns

- Communicate with industry professionals via social media to create a strong network

- Plan for page growth hacks and strategies for page growth.
