We're looking for an experienced and motivated Client Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Client Account Manager, you'll play a crucial role in fostering enduring client relationships while meticulously managing diverse projects, ensuring seamless delivery that aligns with client needs, deadlines, and technical requirements.

Working Hours : 6 PM IST to 3 AM IST

Responsibilities :

- Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with agency partners, acting as their primary strategic partner in digital marketing

- Understand agency needs and requirements through active listening and strategic questioning

- Provide customized pricing quotes and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards

- Serve as the main point of contact for agency partners, managing expectations, and ensuring clear, effective communication throughout project lifecycles

- Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and present valuable services to drive agency growth

- Work closely with creative and development teams to ensure agency needs are resolved promptly and accurately

- Define project scope, provide technical and functional direction, and monitor project progress to ensure objectives are met

- Conduct weekly status meetings with clients, proactively identifying issues and coordinating resources to find effective solutions

- Prepare and present project proposals, cost estimates, and schedules to management and clients

Desired Skills :

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Account Manager, Delivery Manager, or Project Manager, preferably within a digital marketing, creative, or web development agency

- Exceptional relationship-building skills, with a track record of developing strong client partnerships

- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and principles

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and objectives

- Proficiency in project management tools and software
