We are seeking a seasoned Brand Strategist to lead the creation and implementation of innovative branding and social media strategies. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing brand development, driving audience engagement, and expanding social media presence, with a focus on Indian domestic clients. This role demands a thorough understanding of brand identity, content strategy, and effective client communication to deliver campaigns that resonate with target markets and enhance brand recognition.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media and branding strategy to drive brand awareness and engagement

- Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent and compelling content across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and others

- Create and manage content calendars, coordinating with internal teams to ensure alignment with overall brand and marketing goals

- Lead the creation and execution of innovative social media campaigns and posts, increasing reach and engagement

- Handle all aspects of social media marketing, including paid advertising, analytics, and performance optimization

- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their branding needs and translate them into actionable strategies and campaigns

- Develop and enhance brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms and marketing materials

- Create and present detailed reports on campaign performance and key insights, recommending strategies for future improvements

- Stay informed of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and implement them into campaigns

- Oversee client communication, managing expectations, and delivering results-driven campaigns

- Work with designers and content creators to develop visually appealing and engaging posts

Desired Skills:

- 4-5 years of experience in social media management, branding, and marketing, preferably with Indian domestic clients

- Strong hands-on experience managing brand development, content calendars, and social media marketing

- Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and tools for scheduling and analytics

- Strong communication skills with experience handling client communication and expectations

- Creative mindset with a proven ability to develop innovative strategies for increasing social media reach and engagement

- Excellent project management and multitasking abilities

- Ability to independently manage social media and branding initiatives from strategy development to execution

- Data-driven approach to analysing performance metrics and making informed decisions

- 5 days wokring

- Work from office only

- Preferring Ahmedabad based candidates
