Rivigo - Manager - Business Development - Full Truck Load (3-8 yrs)

About the Role :
Your role as Business Development Manager - FTL would be to profitably grow RIVIGO in full truck lines of business in national/ strategic accounts. You will create incisive Go-To-Market strategy to penetrate and grow market share in your strategic accounts. What makes the role more challenging is that you would develop skills in pricing, product GTM along with collections.
What will you do?
As a BDM - FTL you would need to understand Rivigo's products, services and our ability to completely transform our client's supply chain. You would interact with Key stakeholders and build effective relationship with our Clients
- You would be hunting new accounts and growing existing accounts where you would be required to offer all the Rivigo products to clients
- You would be required to co-ordinate internally with multiple cross functional teams to ensure overall customer satisfaction of our clients with Rivigo
- Being closest to clients and market, you are expected to conceptualize, design and lead the development of products
- You would need to do competition mapping in your market to generate new business opportunities with existing and new clients
- You would renegotiate the rates and terms & conditions of existing clients mapped to you
Qualifications:
- Graduate /Post Graduate with over 3-6 years of relevant experience
Professional Attributes:
- Prior B2B Experience would be preferred
- Experience in concept/solution selling / consultative sales
- CXO/ Senior Management Level engagement
Personal Attributes:
- Persistent with a high sense of ownership
- Should be able to understand client needs and requirements and design solutions for them
- Should have strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Should demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced growth environment
