About the Role
Your role as Cluster Business Manager would be to profitably grow Rivigo in terms of revenue and penetration in your cluster. You will create incisive Go-To-Market strategy to increase the market penetration and grow market share across Corporates and SMEs for your cluster.
Additionally, the role offers an opportunity to build and grow your team which should be exciting for any aspiring sales manager. What makes the role more challenging is that you would develop your skills in pricing, negotiation, product GTM strategies along with collections. This role would report directly to the Regional Business Manager.
What Youll Do
- You will be managing the below responsibilities with your team :
- Prospect and acquire potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking. You will also leverage the Inside Sales team for customer acquisition
- Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts with new customers to achieve assigned sales targets
- Work closely with Regional Business Manager (RBM) to ensure profitability in your cluster
- Basis customer feedback, provide inputs to RBM and other senior members of the team for product development
- Ensure Daily Sales Outstanding is maintained at an appropriate level via collections of outstanding amounts for your cluster
