Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for promoting cutting-edge pad printing machines. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our products, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Knowledge and Demonstration:

- Understand and effectively communicate the technical aspects of our pad printing machines. Conduct product demonstrations and provide solutions that meet the customer's requirements.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth in the assigned territory. Identify potential customers, generate leads, and close sales. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.

Customer Consultation & Technical Support:

- Act as the technical expert in customer meetings. Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to customers, including technical consultations, troubleshooting, and training on machine operation.

Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends. Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions, competitive activities, and customer preferences.

Sales Reporting:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, prospects, and customer interactions using CRM tools. Submit regular sales reports to management.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.

Travel:

- Frequent travel to meet customers, attend trade shows, and participate in industry events.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Printing Technology, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in sales or technical sales, preferably in the printing or machinery industry.

- Prior experience in selling machines or similar industrial equipment is highly desirable.

- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of machinery. Ability to troubleshoot and provide technical solutions to customers.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex technical information in a clear and persuasive manner.

- Customer Focus: Proven ability to build strong customer relationships, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring satisfaction.

- Sales Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze customer needs, develop solutions, and overcome technical and commercial challenges.
