Rita Pad - Regional Sales Manager (10-15 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in West . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and managing a high-performing sales team. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets, expand market presence, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Sales Strategy and Planning :
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Set sales targets and KPIs for the region and ensure they are met or exceeded.
2. Team Management :
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.
3. Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Sales Execution :
- Oversee the implementation of sales plans and initiatives.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to support sales activities.
5. Reporting and Analysis :
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
- Analyze sales data to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on sales trends and market analysis.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
