We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive or Sr. Sales Executive to join our team. This position is responsible for driving sales of machines, equipment, and related services within the designated territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Generation: Identify, prospect, and close new sales opportunities for machinery and related products in assigned territory.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's machine products, including their specifications, advantages, and applications, and use this knowledge to effectively communicate product benefits to potential clients.

- Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations to prospective customers in person, via phone, or online meetings.

- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities and improve product offerings.

- Negotiation and Closing: Handle negotiations and close deals, ensuring that all sales are profitable and meet customer expectations.

- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, forecasts, and achievements, ensuring regular communication with management on progress.

- Customer Support: Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve issues, and facilitate product maintenance and service contracts.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to coordinate sales efforts, product availability, and customer needs.

- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager.

Requirements:

- Education: Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Required

- Experience: Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the machinery or industrial equipment industry.

- Technical Knowledge: Strong technical understanding of machinery and equipment; ability to learn new product specifications and applications quickly.

- Sales Skills: Proven ability to manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly and effectively.

- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals while maintaining positive relationships with clients.

- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives.

- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.

- Travel: Willingness to travel to meet clients, attend industry events, and stay up-to-date with market trends.
