Rita Pad - Executive - Sales (3-5 yrs)
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in the machinery sales division. This role is focused on driving sales for our machinery products within the manufacturing and production sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of B2B sales, technical machinery, and the production industry. The Sales Executive will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities within the manufacturing, production, and technical sectors.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at both potential and existing client organizations.
- Product Knowledge: Provide in-depth technical support and expertise regarding machinery products and solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations as required.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, product presentation, quoting, negotiation, closing deals, and post-sale follow-ups.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to proactively position our products and services.
- Sales Targets: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and objectives.
- Technical Expertise: Work closely with the technical team to ensure client requirements are accurately understood and met. Provide technical solutions and collaborate on customizing machinery as per client specifications.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline opportunities using CRM tools.
- Customer Service: Offer post-sale support, ensuring smooth installation and operational use of machinery. Address any issues and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2- 3 years in B2B sales within the manufacturing, production, or technical machinery industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Mechanical, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of machinery, technical products, and production processes.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships in a B2B environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and manage complex sales cycles.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify client needs and propose tailored machinery solutions.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical support and product development teams.
- Travel: Willingness to travel to client sites for meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-ups.
- Pay: 25,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month
