Rita Pad - Executive - Sales (3-5 yrs)
Training is to be provided at our home branch in Gurugram.
- To provide services to various customers for pad printing machines and sale of the machine
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate leads.
- Visit potential clients to present company offerings and negotiable sales teams.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve Sale targets and quotas within the assigned territory.
- Collaborates with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding customer base and increasing sales revenue.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to the management on customer needs, product enhancements and market trends.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and leads.
- Attends meetings, Training sessions and networking events as required.
Requirements:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Technology, Marketing, or related Field preferred.
- Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in relevant field
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the printing industry.
- Excellent Communication Skills in Hindi and English language and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
