Risolutor - Executive - Business Development (1-2 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :
Market Research :
- Conducting market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitor activities. Analyzing data to understand market needs and customer preferences.
Lead Generation :
- Identifying and prospecting potential clients through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. Qualifying leads and assessing their potential for business opportunities.
Relationship Building :
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Nurturing and cultivating relationships with new prospects to convert them into customers.
Sales and Negotiation :
- Developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
Business Proposals and Presentations :
- Creating persuasive business proposals and presentations to pitch products/services to clients. Demonstrating the value proposition of the company's offerings.
Strategic Planning :
- Collaborating with the executive team to develop long-term business plans and strategies for growth. Identifying new markets and opportunities to expand the business.
Reporting and Analysis :
- Tracking and reporting on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends. Analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of strategies and identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Requirements :
- Any Bachelor's degree - (MBA Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferable)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a focus on results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have attitude of passion to learn
- Freshers also eligible for this role if they have passion in sales and marketing with strong communication skill set.
