Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Team Leader who can manage a team of loan sales representatives, driving sales performance by setting targets, coaching team members, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring compliance with loan regulations, while maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve loan sales goals. to spearhead the sales team to achieve the sales revenue on monthly basis along with Developing a company-wide sales plan and instil a new culture to help the team grow into productive members of the organization.
- Sales Target Achievement : Lead the team to consistently meet and exceed loan sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Team Management : Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a team of loan sales representatives, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback to maximize individual and team productivity.
- Customer Relationship Building : Foster strong relationships with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs to tailor loan solutions effectively.
- Lead Generation : Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation activities, market research, and networking.
- Performance Monitoring : Regularly track team performance against sales targets, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Compliance Oversight : Ensure adherence to all loan origination guidelines, regulatory compliance, and ethical sales practices.
- Data Analysis : Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, utilizing insights to inform sales strategies.
- Sales Process Improvement : Continuously evaluate and refine the loan sales process to optimize efficiency and customer experience.
- Reporting and Communication : Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and insights.

Experience Required
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a team leader profile, preferably within the financial services sector specially Loans and Advances
- Prior experience in a leadership role within a loan sales team is highly preferred.
