Job Description:

- We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager who will be responsible for responsible for identifying, cultivating, and closing new business opportunities within the financial technology sector by actively prospecting potential clients, understanding their needs, presenting tailored fintech solutions, and building strong relationships to drive revenue growth and market penetration.


- Business Development Manager will be responsible in expanding our comprehensive 360-degree service offerings, including tax, tax compliance, loans, and investment services through B2B Channel including IT Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients, conducting impactful sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and nurturing relationships to drive business growth and meet sales targets.

- Strategic Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential business opportunities, emerging trends, and key target accounts within the B2B landscape.

- Lead Generation and Qualification: Proactively source and qualify high-value leads through networking, cold calling, industry events, and other outreach methods.

- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective clients, building trust and understanding their business needs.

- Complex Proposal Development: Craft compelling proposals and presentations that clearly articulate the company's value proposition and address client pain points.

- Negotiation and Closing Deals: Lead complex contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms and maximizing revenue potential.

- Account Management: Manage existing client relationships, proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize account value.

- Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies.

Market Analysis and Trend Monitoring:

- Stay updated on emerging fintech trends, competitor landscape, and regulatory changes to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Desired Skill:

- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, exceeding targets and managing complex sales cycles

- Deep understanding of the B2B market dynamics and customer buying behaviours

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Strong analytical skills to identify market opportunities and assess potential clients

- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
