Ripplr - Executive - Business Development (4-6 yrs)
- Responsible for securing new customers.
- Develop market in the region with potential business.
- Monitor Collection target Vs Achievement report & data presentation on weekly basis.
- Responsible for establishing and managing relationships with customers in need of the transportation and logistics services
- Maintain consistently positive interactions to nurture customer relationships
- Take ownership of customer issues and follow-through till resolution
- Represent the firm in negotiating and building relationship with customers
- Perform Cold-calling and work to build new businesses.
- Proficient in pricing, proposal models, RFQ and create effective proposal presentations
- Consistent in maintaining accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities
- Willing to adhere to all company policies, procedures business ethics
- Adept in developing a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking
- Sell consultatively/ make recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers for their business issues
- Collaborates with Operations to establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for meeting customer expectations
- Applies sales strategies gained from sales training to identify areas for sales
- Schedules customer appointments with key decision-makers to overcome barriers and identify growth opportunities in the international global market
