Position Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the sales process, excel at generating leads, and have a proven track record of closing deals in the fintech space. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and provide strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers by understanding their needs and preferences.

Sales Execution: Drive revenue by converting leads into loyal customers through informed recommendations and upselling strategies.

Problem Solving: Address customer queries, resolve concerns, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to provide customer feedback and improve offerings.

Performance Tracking: Maintain records of customer interactions, sales progress, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

- 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in fintech, financial services, or a related industry.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.

- This role requires you to work from the office 6 days a week on a roster basis.
