Position Overview:

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Intern to join our team and support the growth of our marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, data-driven decision-making, and creating impactful campaigns. You will gain hands-on experience in executing and optimizing performance marketing strategies across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in crafting and executing strategies to drive app downloads, engagement, and retention.

- Google Ads & Meta Ads : Help design, launch, and optimize ad campaigns across Google and Meta platforms to maximize ROI.

- Create engaging and persuasive content for app descriptions, blogs, social media, push notifications, and email campaigns.

- Develop and implement creative strategies to grow our app's presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn.

- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide actionable insights for improvements.

- Stay updated on trends in app marketing and digital advertising to propose innovative strategies.

Requirements:

- Completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.(2024 passout preferred)

- Availability to work in-office 6 days a week for a 3-month duration with a scope of converting to a full time position depending on performance.

- Familiarity with app marketing strategies, including ASO (App Store Optimization) basics.

- Basic understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.

- Strong content writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and user-centric content.

- Knowledge of social media marketing strategies, trends, and tools.

- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret campaign data.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

- A proactive learner with a keen interest in fintech and app-based solutions.
