RIMS - Executive - Telesales (1-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibility
- To achieve the sales/ revenue target from new and existing clients
- Making calls to new and existing clients
- Provide meeting to sales executive at the location
- Should be able to understand clients requirements and tailor-pitch the product accordingly
- Should be good for follow-ups and maintaining relationships with clients
- Monthly Sales and meetings achievements through accounts/clients
- Share regular feedback on market conditions, competition, pricing and other factors influencing on-ground sales
- Very adaptive to a dynamic and continuously evolving process-driven environment
- Proven record of On-boarding companies/corporates
- Reach out to clients, create suitable offers and sign-up corporate client to increase customer base.
- Maintaining daily sales and call report and information gathering from Data analysis
Desired Candidate
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in tele sales and marketing
- Experience with reporting and dashboards; ability to develop analysis based on CRM data in a scalable manner.
- Good working knowledge and experience of direct and online sales
- A competent decision-maker with the ability to develop, own and build a strategic sales plan
- Confident, Pleasing and go-getter personality
- Effective communication skills
- Highly curious and a quick learner who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced collaborative environment
- Languages : Hindi and English, Tamil (Not compulsory)
