Right Deal Realty - Manager - Sales (2-7 yrs)
Critical Duties and Responsibilities :
- Will be responsible for the fulfillment of the periodical sales target
- Ensure prompt follow up with leads assigned by presales team
- Well verse with the knowledge about real estate industry, high potential properties, high potential areas, hot selling properties with rates, competition, upcoming properties etc.
- Should be responsible for the end to end property dealing with client
- Generation of new leads and conversion of the same
- Accurately understanding client requirements related to properties, budget, other requirements and suggesting the suitable property option.
- Building trust factor with client and managing the relationship effectively resulting in to a smooth property dealing experience for the client
- Taking new initiatives, suggesting new ideas for the business expansion, marketing and promotion.
Competencies :
- Good Communication skill (Hindi, Marathi, English)
- Organized and Self-Disciplined
- Good Negotiation skills
- Computer proficiency
- Self-Motivated
