Job Description :


We are actively seeking enthusiastic experienced Middle to Senior Individual Contributor to take on the role of Wholesale SMS Manager. In this position, your primary focus will be on fostering growth and collaboration by attracting both prospective A2P SMS buyers and vendors to our platform. Your extensive SMS and VoIP industry experience will be instrumental in driving successful negotiations, building partnerships, and expanding our reach globally. Carrier Expansion : Take charge of identifying and bringing onboard new telecom carriers for SMS services, diversifying our network and amplifying our service capabilities.


Cost Optimization : Harness your negotiation prowess to secure competitive rates and optimize costs, bolstering the organization's financial performance.


Vendor Engagement : Utilize your network and expertise to onboard SMS vendors to understand their offerings, negotiate terms, and ensure a mutually beneficial partnership.


Customer Engagement : Cultivate meaningful relationships with potential A2P SMS buyers, understanding their unique requirements and tailoring deals to meet their needs.


A2P Carrier Account Management : Oversee and manage the accounts of A2P SMS carriers, ensuring smooth communication, addressing concerns, and optimizing partnerships. You may be given few accounts to nurture, harness and generate business.


Industry Expertise : Capitalize on your deep understanding of telecommunications to provide valuable insights into market trends, empowering informed decision-making.


Cross functional Team Collaboration : Collaborate seamlessly across teams to ensure the seamless integration of new carriers and the efficient management of traffic.


Requirements :


Education and Experience : A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, accompanied by a proven track record of successfully attracting and managing A2P SMS buyers and vendors in the telecommunications sector.


Partnership Building : Demonstrated ability to initiate and nurture partnerships with prospective A2P SMS buyers, effectively communicating the value proposition of our offerings.


Vendor Acquisition : Proficiency in identifying and engaging potential A2P SMS vendors/carrier companies.


Customer-Centric Approach : A customer-centric mindset that drives you to understand the needs of A2P SMS buyers and tailor deals.


Cost Analysis : Proficiency in analyzing costs, rates, and pricing structures, ensuring the financial viability of deals and account management strategies.


Negotiation Expertise : Exceptional negotiation skills that enable you to secure advantageous terms for both customers and vendors, driving successful outcomes.


A2P Carrier Account Management : Experience in managing A2P carrier accounts, ensuring effective communication, addressing concerns, and optimizing partnerships.


Telecommunications Expertise : A robust understanding of telecommunications technologies, services, and market dynamics that informs your strategic approach.
