Job Description :
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Possess strong convincing & negotiation skills
- Knowledge of different time zones (US Shift Time zones)
- Desired Basic understanding of Hardware technologies
- Email Etiquette
- Willing to work for international BPO
- Candidate from English Medium or having good experience in International Voice Process (Night Shift) will be preferred
Skills:
- Assigning hardware service jobs to technicians
- Search & Locate qualified technicians online, Nearest to customer area.
- Daily coordination with technicians & end customers, Maintaining End to end Transaction of Reports
- Negotiating rates within given budget and Meeting SLA's in Timeline.
- Maintaining rapport with technicians
- Following scripts & standard guidelines & achieving daily targets
- Will be working in US Shift, Handling calls for dispatching purposes in a queue system
- Open up calls to be dispatched and determine what type of service is needed by the customer
- Follow up with Client Relation Specialist and technician as needed via telephone or email
