Job description
We are looking for a customer-oriented, experienced and motivated Technical Support Associate to join our team!
Job Responsibilities :
- Taking ownership of customer issues/technical issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve technical/non-technical issues.
- Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner.
- Document technical knowledge.
- Maintain jovial relationships with clients.

Job Requirements :
Strong Soft Skills & need to have good command over English as a language.
- High on Customer Centricity. Strong Logical reasoning & probing capability.
- Should have worked on voice process and comfortable in taking calls.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Flexible to work in night shifts.
- Should have working experience in Digital Marketing/technical support/Chat support/ Customer Support (For experienced).
- Should have good communication/Written skills.(Mandatory Skill).
