- Strong Soft Skills & need to have excellent command over English as a language.
- Should have worked on voice process and comfortable in taking calls.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Only night shifts (US Timings).
- Should have working experience in Technical support/Chat support/ Customer Support (For experienced).
- Should have Impressive Communication/Written skills Mandatory.
Required Candidate profile :
- Taking ownership of customer issues/technical issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
- Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner.
