We are looking for Female Telecaller for our Company based in Mumbai Andheri East location.
Day Shift Job
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Contact private individuals by phone
- Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase
- Describe products and services
- Respond to questions
- Identify and overcome objections
- Take the customer through the sales process
- Maintain customer/potential customer data bases
- Follow up on initial contacts
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 1.5 yrs of experience in outbound calling process
- Proficient in relevant computer applications and call center systems
- Good typing skills
- Knowledge of sales principles and methods
- Proven track record in sales
- Required language skills (fluency in 3 languages English, Hindi, Marathi.)
