Ridhira - Executive - Sales (3-7 yrs)
- Manage your client base through follow up on leads for existing and new clients
- Sending out details of new properties on the market to people in the database
- Telephonic conversation with prospects and explaining project amenities and pricing
- Setting up personal meeting with the potential clients to ensure maximum site visits
- Closing sales and follow-up till final disbursement
- At least 3 year experience within a B2C sales / account management role, ideally within the Real Estate industry.
- Excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong networker & relationship builder
- Adaptable and ability to thrive in changing environments
