JD for the profile of Outbound Service Coordinator

- Call the customers for after sales service (demo) of the products and share the link on whatsapp.

- Follow-ups with the customers to generate positive feedback on Amazon & Flipkart.

- Maintain the Excel sheets, uploading the data on Software.

Desired Candidate :

Qualifications & Skills Required :

- Educational Qualifications - HSC Passed

- Experience - 1- 2 years in Outbound Calling

- Basic Excel is preferred

- Basic communications Skills
