Rico Appliances - eCommerce Operations Role (3-6 yrs)
Job Description :
- Need to Achieve Monthly Online Sales Target and Promotions Updating.
- Shall be responsible to email dispatch details to the customer of their E-commerce orders on daily basis (Online Channels Need to have Well Equipped)
- Managing the entire e-commerce presence on Marketplace like Rico, Amazon, Flipkart
- Accurate and timely reports to be prepared and maintained
- Oversee logistic operations to ensure timely fulfillment of orders
- Develop pricing strategies / shall be responsible for online buying demo feedback.
- Supplier relationship building /Responsible for merchandising /Assortment planning
- Should be able to coordinate with marketing, supply chain, catalog team, finance/commercial, and other functions of the organization.
- Shall be responsible for maintaining updating MIS related to operational activities, Production, sales, and client database management
- Shall be responsible for Tele calling Emails on the Ecommerce orders received on daily basis maintaining report customer wise
- Reports/dashboard generation / Publishing Daily / Weekly / Monthly
- Should have prior experience or enough knowledge confidence to manage merchandising operations
- Analyze internal data and web analytics
- Catalog monitoring
- Discount monitoring
Skills required
- Excellent in Microsoft excel
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to communicate in English &Hindi is an advantage
