RICHMAX - Branch Manager - Sales & Service (1-5 yrs)
Duties/Responsibilities :
- Meet Or Exceed Individual And Group Goals.
- Oversees The Operations And Day-To-Day Workflow Of The Branch.
- Train Cre For Entry-Level Roles.
- Manage All Aspects Of The Business Such As Sales, Operations, And Accounting.
- Ensure Quality Customer Service.
- Collaborates With The Branch Team To Set Reasonable Sales Goals.
- Provide Guidance And Leadership To Enable Staff To Meet These Goals And Objectives.
- Maintains And Develops Positive Relationships With Existing And Prospective Clients.
- Address Customer Issues Or Concerns Promptly.
- Performs Other Related Duties As Assigned.
- Adhere To Company Policies, Procedures, Culture, And Business Values.
Required Skills/Abilities :
- Excellent Leadership And Management Skills.
- Excellent Sales, Customer Service, And Interpersonal Skills.
- Good Verbal And Written Communication Skills.
- Excellent Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail.
- Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Delegating When Appropriate.
- Proficient In Ms Office And Any Finance Software.
Education And Experience :
- Bachelor'S Degree Preferred.
- At Least Three Years Of Experience In The Branch With At Least One Year As An Assistant Branch Manager Is Highly Preferred
