RichFeel - Area Manager (4-10 yrs)
Area 1: Clinic Operations and admin
- Monitor all clinic operations as per the SOP and updated operations manual.
- Serve as a Liaison between clinic staff and corporate.
- Arrange for routine equipment servicing and prompt repairs when needed.
- Review staff timings and schedules and ensure adequate staffing in all clinics.
Area 2: Sales
- Responsible for sales targets for all clinic falling under the purview / region allocated.
Area 3: Client management
- Adequate staffing and put in place processes which will ensure seamless and smooth delivery of care to patients.
- Develop strategies for new client acquisition and customer retention.
- Ensure client feedback is between good to excellent. Address the area indicating low scores as pain areas and take appropriate corrective actions.
