Rich Products - Executive - Sales (1-2 yrs)
Summarized Accountability:
- To generate sales and ensure usage of the entire range of the company products by building up strong relationship with existing and new customers.
- To evolve with new ideas based on market findings and customer visits on products, processes, promotions and policies.
- To promote and launch new products in the market.
Reports To : Area Sales Manager / Sales Manager
Location: As per vacancy
Key Responsibilities:
Customer contact :
- Commitment to end-user and wholesaler.
- Develop new markets/sales opportunities.
- Maintain the relationship between wholesaler and distributor.
- Develop the relationship with end-user.
- Visit key customers, represent the promotion and delivery of the giveaways.
- Get information from the customer, and also pass on new information to our customers.
- Introduce new products to the customers.
- Timely cascade of the schemes to the end user and distributor.
- Handle complaints.
Reporting :
- To prepare market visit and consumption reports on a timely manner.
- To assist in the evaluation process through filling the EUCR [End User Consumption Report].
- To assist on the Marketing support needed by end user and wholesaler.
- To assist in the preparation and coordination of seminar and product demonstrations.
- To represent in seminars and product demonstrations.
- Making sales forecasting.
- To collect and collate competitor and market information
Inventory :
- Managing and preparing inventory at local level.
Experience & Education:
- Graduates preferably from hospitality background.
- FMCG industry, food companies an advantage.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of field sales experience.
Functional Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of distribution channel.
- Outgoing, independent, self-discipline, like to deal with people at different levels.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
- Willing to travel.
- Fluent in English and local language.
