Rheo - Manager - Onboarding (1-4 yrs)
Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage Rheo's on-boarding process of new Game Streamers and Content.
- Creators in order to ensure a seamless transition to the day-to-day activity pipeline.
- Building strong relationships with Creators through effective interpersonal skills.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all Creators.
- Cold call prospective leads on a day-to-day basis.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with the Creators.
Preferred Qualification
- Should have 1+ years relevant experience in Business Development or proven experience in Category Management or similar role.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Detail oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Gaming and Content Creators market knowledge is an added advantage.
- Experience in working in a collaborative team.
- Comfortable with ambiguity in work and a changing external environment.
- Ability to think and plan strategically with a business focus.
