Rheo - Community Manager (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with Creators.
- Analyse various project-level data and suggest inputs for improvement of Creator's performance.
- Experience in working with excel and spreadsheets.
- Monitor Creator's performance and ensure that their quality of performance is maintained.
- Proficient in communicating ideas effectively and managing stakeholders.-
Requirements
- Should have 1+ years of relevant experience in Community Management or proven experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills and Interpersonal Skills.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Gaming and Content Creators market knowledge is an added advantage.
- Experience in working in a collaborative team.
- Comfortable with ambiguity in work and a changing external environment.
- Ability to think and plan strategically with a business focus.
