Job Description for Digital Marketing Executive:
Candidates must require skills set:
- Minimum 2 years of email marketing experience in B2B IT services or IT product company (or in a marketing agency serving B2B IT Companies).
- Plan and run email campaigns with experience in Email marketing tools.
- Experience in Marketing Automation Tool/CRM/Lead Management Tools to assign and follow up on leads with Inside Sales team.
- Good content writing skill to support landing pages, email campaigns, blogs, online forums and video scripts.
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on Social Media (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram etc), Youtube and Whatsapp.
- Generate various reports often to monitor ROI, KRA's and KPIs.
- Very strong in advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Skills:
- Good in market research, competitor analysis and creative ideas.
- SEO (On-page and Off-page SEO) and paid campaigns like Google Adwords, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc are a plus.
- Organized and process oriented with experience in project management tools to manage tasks.
- Experience in Account Based Marketing.
- CMS platforms like Wordpress for creating landing pages.
