Job description :
In this role, you will be responsible for the overall commercial development, corporate relations, strategic partnerships and business growth.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ideating strategic partnerships that result in exponential growth in user acquisition.
- Sourcing strategic partners in US geography and develop strategic partnerships which contribute to the user acquisition targets.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.
- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Managing the entire corporate sales cycle and close deals with corporations.
- Manage the commercial relationships with corporations, including the upselling and renewals of subscriptions.
- Developing long-term strategic relations that would benefit the firm's strategic goals of international expansion.
- Work closely with the Founder and senior stakeholders on achieving business growth targets.
The Profile :
- You have at least 7-10 years- experience within sales, strategic partnerships, business development and/or commercial strategy, preferably in the tech start-up environment
- Should have past experience in US Sales.
- You are a result-driven individual with an instinct for measuring ROI at each stage and are capable of making informed decisions, backed by relevant data.
- You possess excellent interpersonal skills to develop and nurture client relationships.
- You are good at building relationships and have the ability to develop strong connections at all levels within an organization.
- You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments
- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience.
