Job Summary
- Evaluating best opportunities in target market for generating business of heat exchangers & heat exchanger based systems
- Plan sales strategy & approach for customer grid from focus industry sectors and new segments
- Ensuring fulfilment of order booking for designated region
- Build & manage a diverse sales team
- Cultivate business relationship with key customers in the region
- Coordinate with design team, handle technical & commercial negotiations to finalize orders
- Plan, present, participate at seminars, conferences, exhibitions to enhance business
- Travelling extensively in assigned geography is essential
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Experience of selling heat exchangers/ pressure vessels, similar products to process industry
- Readiness to travel extensively in the designated geography
- Experience of building & managing sales team
- Open to relocation as per business requirements
