Role & Responsibility :
- Should demonstrate high level of leadership and strategic capabilities in corporate industry
- Experience into Go-to-Market strategies and have exposure on Strategic Planning, Market Mapping, SWOT, differentiation to build Sustainable Competitive Advantage
- Must have excellent understanding on gathering market intelligence, pricing, and price adjustments to contribute in EBITA growth
- Expertise in digital marketing and driving digital business through web shop
- High level of engagement with External and Internal stakeholders to drive organization mid-term growth strategies
- Should have strong understanding of Industry Automation, electrical product range, business consolidation program to promote competitive landscape across industry
- Should articulate and drive high level of engagement programs with supplier and customers
- Would own and represent India KPI across Global Team
- As leader, would drive and lead marketing team towards digital and marcomm initiatives, trade shows, design and develop marketing collaterals, and other marcomm initiatives and practices
