Rewardian - Director - Business Development & Customer Success (10-15 yrs)
The incumbent would be the face of Rewardian in India and will report to the US team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Own and lead end to end consultative sales process, from lead generation to closure.
2. Complete P&L responsibility for India.
3. Support and manage existing clients.
4. Liaise with multiple stakeholders, including vendors, tech team and customers.
5. Coordinate with the US team on ongoing basis.
Desired Skills:
1. 10-15 years of experience in selling SaaS solutions in the HR space.
2. Self-starter with hands-on approach and willingness to work in a start-up culture.
3. Strong verbal and communication skills.
4. Proven track record.
5. Resourceful, strategic and tactical.
