Reward360 - Manager - Partnerships & Alliances - Merchant Support (3-7 yrs)
Role:
To support all the partners onboarded for Programs across India for POS Integration, LMS Widget Interface, Training of Cashiers and Key Stakeholders and Testing.
What He Will Do:
- Interact with the IT & Operations of brand partners to provide technical support
- Understand the POS & EDC systems and processes used by the brand partner
- Work with internal Tech teams to provide the required solutions
- Ensures that there is smooth functioning and provide resolution to the partners
- Organize for discussions with relevant stakeholders
- Complete the required tasks within stipulated timelines
- Provide support whenever required for the brand partners
What We Need :
- Good understanding of POS and EDC systems
- Knows how digital payments & settlements work
- Good communication skills spoken and written
- A team player who can collaborate with cross functional teams and work on projects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding and accountability-oriented environment
Required Candidate profile :
- A graduate in any discipline. Science will be an advantage
- Experience of > 3 years in a similar environment
- Preferably Male as the role requires travelling to airport in base location and across cities
- Fluency in English and Hindi / Local Language
- Effectively working on MS Office, CRM Tools, LinkedIn and using The Internet
