Description:
We are looking for a seasoned partnerships Head who will drive strategic partnerships for Reward360's Global E-Commerce platform across US, UK, Europe and South East Asia, largely focused on e-commerce companies in this region. This individual will be our ambassador with the external ecosystem, identify and execute partnerships with e-commerce companies (eg., Macys.com, Bloomingdales.com, Gilt.com, Nordstrom.com etc.)
The individual will also be responsible for driving all external partnered marketing / promotional partnerships for R360 Global commerce. Manage how the company as a whole is perceived by the partner, and how the partnership is perceived by team members within. Up to 30% travel required for this job.
S/he will have a direct and visible impact on the long-term success of the business. This highly visible role has direct exposure to senior leaders in and outside of R360, requires highly developed thought-leadership, relationship management and strategic negotiating skills in addition to great communication skills. This is a business manager role based in Bangalore, and reports to the Director.
Basic Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of experience in product- and partner- management, business development preferably in India. Demonstrated ability to drive partnerships with large conglomerates and to engage and influence C-level executives.
- Alternately, a track record of having conceptualized, developed and launched new partnerships end-to-end as a project / program lead within the organization.
- Ability to independently manage complex contract negotiations, working with senior executives of potential partners.
- Simplifier but at the same time thinks big, takes smart risks, is innovative and can think out of the box. Develops original ideas, approaches, and solutions to typical, unusual, or difficult situations or problems.
- Proven ability to successfully thrive in an ambiguous environment and changing market conditions.
- Takes initiative. Doesn't wait to be asked. Plans efficiently while avoiding analysis paralysis. Consistent effort, intense commitment, and willingness to go above and beyond when needed.
- Bachelor's degree is required. An MBA is desirable.
