Reward360 - Head - Corporate Sales (10-20 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- This is a leadership sales role. Person will be responsible for a dedicated set of Key clients across corporates & enterprises.
- Hunting, farming and retention of existing clients would be at the core of this job profile.
- Develop marketing & sales strategy, identify market potential, analyze market trends, competition strength
- Build relationships with C Suite executives, organizations and manage teams effectively.
- Drive CXO level engagement and build effective client relationship
- Drive overall day-to-day business of region; ensure profitability, achieve business objectives including budgets & target, manpower, training, nurturing & developing leaders
- Analyze current market & identify and tackle weak areas & opportunities
- Optimize business for returns, track leads & conversions, monitor progress and work in tandem with the senior leadership across the organisation.
- Competitor & customer analysis to identify & explore new potential markets
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills & influencing skills. Grow business from existing clients by cross selling multiple B2B products offered by the organisation.
Prior Work Experience :
- Prior B2B sales experience
- Experience in concept/solution selling / consultative sales/ enterprise sales
- Experience in new business development & farming of existing business
- CXO / Senior Management level engagement
- Preference would be given to candidates with proven experience from ecommerce background.
