Revvlocity - Inside Sales Specialist (1-3 yrs)
- Utilize time effectively to search data and build leads.
- Stick to the parameters as laid by the Organization in searching for qualified contacts/leads for specified accounts.
- Play a significant role in enabling the sales organization of the accounts/client that they are aligned with and ensuring that they constantly add value to the growth of the account/client.
- Perform effective and efficient research-based data mining and build a continuous pipeline of qualified leads.
- Make outbound B2B calls based on the pipeline created and have intelligent conversations with the correct prospects identified at Senior Executive levels (CXOs, VPs, Directors).
- Should understand the prospect's technology needs and customize email pitches accordingly.
- Ability to understand the key objections from clients, clarify their concerns & use product knowledge & vendor-led training to alleviate these concerns & move the sales cycle forward.
- Perform all requisite steps necessary to ensure that the set-up appointment gets completed by sending timely reminders to both parties through either leaving voice mails, sending emails and/or calling the relevant people at appropriate times.
- Play an active role in taking detailed notes of all appointments.
- Maintain and update an accurate log of activities like calls/emails / leads generated
- Conduct primary research to gather prospect's information in target companies
- Meet the weekly/ monthly Lead generation target
- Share the weekly updates on campaigns and other activities
- Constantly analyze and improve methods to ensure an increase in conversations and conversions.
- Contribute, cooperate, and partner with the support structure of the organization to ensure self and team development.
- Actively participate in all organizational training and other initiatives.
- Ensure hygiene and quality of work through punctuality and personal leave management
- Comply with all organizational policies and maintain the highest levels of integrity and adherence to the Organization's Code of Conduct
Must-Have :
- Dynamic, high-energy sales professional with 1-3 years of successful experience in a Business Development role in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, environment, with experience selling into IT/ITES/KPO services space, in North American and European markets and other global markets
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to build a genuine rapport with prospects over the phone promptly
