Job Description - Sales Development Representative :
Bolt is a smart micro-mobility platform that works with enterprises across the automotive shared mobility value chain to enable and accelerate their smart vehicle journeys. Founded in 2017, it aims to empower all 2 and 3 wheeler vehicles through AI-integrated IoT solutions that will make them smart, safe, connected. We are backed by investors like USV and Prime Venture.
Roles and Responsibility :
- Responsibilities include full-cycle sales including target identification, securing, and managing client meetings, listening, and understanding client needs, addressing client concerns/objections, managing Bolt Subject Matter Experts in defining opportunities, proposing solutions, negotiating, obtaining SOWs, and closing the deal.
- Selling the products and services to the clients and convincing them about their usability and advantages
- Maintaining the interactions with the active foreign clients and identifying new clients as well as new business possibilities
- Converting the meetings with the international clients into suitable sales opportunities and generating revenues from the same
- Attending international sales meetings, seminars and conferences arranged within the organization to boost the sales profits of the same
- Developing creative sales initiatives and applying them to improve the financial gains of the organization
- Heading and guiding the sales personnel within the sales section
- Ensuring that the requirements of the international clients are met by modifying the products and services of the organization to their likes
- Acting as the main and key resource for generating maximum revenue
- Providing outstanding and special services to the international clients
Requirements :
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in international sales and lead generation.
- Develop channel partners network in.
- Should be able to generate leads and work through closure.
- Might require travelling for client-based needs.
- Need rigorous LinkedIn Reach out capability.
- Excellent communication skills.
