Job Description :
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities :
- Appoint Distributor and Dealer/Retailer partners and grow distribution in the assigned geography
- Deliver volume & revenue sales targets
- Branding Accountability through extensive placement of live demo devices, marketing collaterals and In-shop Bolt display zones
Requirement :
- 3+ years of experience in field sales with proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Self-motivated, ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to take initiatives, executive plans and strategies in the assigned territory
- Attention to detail and accuracy, should be a critical-thinker and a problem-solver
- Should be able to recruit, guide and lead a team of 3-5 team members
- Should be able to deliver basic product training & sales pitch to Distributors and Dealer partners
- Preferred candidates from Telecom/Smartphones/EV/Automobile/FinTech industry
Technical / Professional Qualifications :
- MBA with relevant work experience of 3+ years
- Good written and spoken communication skills in English and local language
- Should be able to grasp product & technical knowledge
- Can interpret & construct performance reports
