Customer Service Associate
- Hands on experience and worked minimum 1 year in an after-sales environment
- Respond to customer queries and attend calls/emails/escalations/social media queries etc.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Customer service, support and related field
- Graduation/Post Graduation in Commerce, Business or B tech will be preferred.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and any of these (Kannada, Tamil and Telugu) will be added plus point.
