Business Development Executive
Responsibilities :
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and negotiation.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Present company products and services to potential clients in a compelling manner.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for client meetings.
- Track and report on sales performance and key metrics to management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities.
- Attend industry events and conferences to expand network and promote company offerings.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of business development initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Freshers to 3 years of experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
