Unstop is hiring for SMB Sales who will oversee maximizing revenue. Applicants must have relevant work experience of 0 to 5 years. Their task is to set realistic expectations and push through on expectations with determination and drive to grow revenue. They need to strategize avenues to make revenue for our existing products as well as suggest and implement newer product ideas. They will be responsible for the operations of a company's sales force, development and implementation of annual sales, monitoring the performance of teams and sales goals, and meeting with other company managers to ensure that business objectives are executed properly and right on schedule.
Responsibilities of the Candidate :
1. Strategize on maximizing revenue from existing as well as new products and services
2. Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
3. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
4. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
5. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
6. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
7. Analyze the market's potential, track sales, and status reports
8. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
9. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
