Job description :
- Executes extraction of data from multiple sources and conducts analysis to identify and correct areas of revenue leakage for bill accuracy, order processing.
- Identifies and analyzes various telecom related data sources to develop improvements to business processes.
- Ensures billing compliance, including the establishment of processes, documentation and controls to minimize revenue loss and maximize cost containment.
- Excellent analytical skills Team Player & able to coordinate and work with other depts
- Ability to multitask, effective follow-up and follow-through skills, effective organization and prioritization skills.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Strong understanding of Telecom Concepts & OSS/BSS Systems
- Must have 1+ years- experience in Telecom Background.
- Knowledge of any networking services like WAN/ LAN Services
- Strong Analytical & Problem solving skills and should work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong Verbal & written communication
- Should be flexible to work in UK Shift
