Role Overview :


As a Business Development, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our digital marketing solutions. Your mission will be to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and contribute to our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting :

- Identify potential clients through research, outreach, and various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, emails, phone calls).

- Qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and how the agency's services can help.

2. Client Engagement :

- Make outbound calls and send follow-up emails to prospects to introduce the agency's services.

- Set up meetings or demos for the senior sales team, account managers, or marketing specialists.

- Nurture relationships with potential clients by providing relevant content, case studies, or testimonials.

3. Service Knowledge :

- Understand the agency's digital marketing services & communicate service offerings and demonstrate value propositions tailored to the prospect's business.

4. Sales Pipeline Management :

- Track and manage sales leads in CRM software.

- Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and sales progression.

- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.

5. Collaboration with Marketing :

- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.

- Provide feedback from prospects to refine messaging, positioning, or service offerings

6. Client Needs Assessment :

- Conduct discovery calls to assess potential clients' challenges, goals, and marketing budgets.

- Propose suitable digital marketing solutions based on the client's business model and objectives.

7. Closing Sales & Negotiation :

- Assist in drafting proposals, contracts, and service agreements.

- Negotiate pricing and service terms within set guidelines to close deals.

8. Upselling & Cross-Selling :

- Identify opportunities to upsell existing clients on additional digital marketing services.

- Present new offerings or services that might fit existing client needs.

9. Customer Support & Relationship Management :

- Provide post-sale support and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

- Collaborate with account managers to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

10. Stay Updated on Industry Trends :

- Keep up with digital marketing trends, new tools, and strategies to position the agency as an industry leader during client interactions
