Revantha Services Private Ltd - Assistant Business Development Manager (7-9 yrs)
- Responsible for exploring new business opportunities for audit and payroll businesses, including end-to-end business development activities
- Responsible for up-selling and cross-selling to existing clients on the various offerings of the organization, to ensure revenue growth
- Responsible for contract releases and keep abreast with the industry trends and competitive communication
- Responsible for timely follow-up with clients on the outcome of the submitted proposals and reporting the status of reports
- Responsible for developing and executing sales plan to succees in the designated markets
- Responsible for engaging relevant business partners and local networks to identify and close new business
- Responsible for preparing and presenting new business screening documents and proposals
- Responsible for identifying opportunities for penetration with clients, thereby developing new contacts with existing clients to work with
- Responsible for setting and executing client acquisition strategy to generate significant revenue growth
- Ensure self-involvement and timely and efficient completion of TEI initiatives of Kaizen/QCC related projects leading to efficiency gains/ cost reduction
Skill set: Knowledge in selling the products/ services like Audit,payroll,staffing is preferable.
