You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, scheduling meetings, and managing client relationships. You will also handle client inquiries, providing solutions and addressing concerns. Strong communication skills and a minimum of 1+ years of experience are required. Proficiency in MS Office.

Candidate Requirements :

Client Interaction :

- Outbound Calls : Initiate and manage outbound calls to potential and existing clients to introduce products/services.

- Inbound Calls : Handle inbound client inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or information.

Meeting Scheduling :

- Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and the sales or business development team.

- Ensure timely follow-ups and reminders to clients regarding scheduled meetings.

Client Relationship Management :

- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Manage client databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.

Communication Skills :

- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients.

- Be persuasive and convincing in promoting the company's offerings.

Client Convincing :

- Utilize negotiation and persuasive techniques to convince clients to adopt or purchase products/services.

- Address and resolve any client concerns or objections confidently and professionally.

Reporting :

- Provide regular reports on calls made, meetings scheduled, and client interactions to the team lead or manager.

- Track client feedback and escalate any issues to the appropriate department.

Key Skills and Qualifications :


- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a calling executive or similar role.


- Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with clients.


- Ability to build rapport and maintain strong client relationships.


- Efficient in scheduling and managing multiple client meetings simultaneously.


- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


- Capable of handling client queries and resolving objections confidently and professionally


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).


- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).


- Familiarity with CRM systems (an advantage).


- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
